Meet David - Your Childs Trainer

David has been involved in sports and fitness since childhood. He started with Bexley Swimming club where he developed a love in particular for the land training aspect. He was introduced to Olympic lifting at age 10 by his father who was a PT in the military. From that moment on he was hooked on weight training and has continued ever since. At university, he competed in powerlifting. He is also a member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.


David is a qualified personal trainer and has experience training a wide range of clients all with different needs and abilities. Whatever your starting point or aims, he looks forward to meeting you.  He is available to run classes and private sessions. He is also qualifed in childrens fitness and nutrition

David is also a qualified trainer of children , either in a one to one setting or in group classes

Fun Fitness for children

It’s never too early to encourage a love of physical activity in kids by exposing them to fun fitness activities and sports. Doctors say that participating in different activities develops motor skills ,muscles and reduces the risk of developing overuse injuries.

It’s the best feeling in the world, empowering children with the insight and ability to commit to regular exercise. This sets them up for the future, instilling great lifestyle habits that they can adopt through their early years, into their teens and on into early adult hood and beyond.

We offer one to one sessions and group execise classes. Exercise will help your child achieve their keystage milestones. We are also qualified to give advice of children nutrition. See our nutrition page
