What makes a great MMA fighter or Martial artist?
The martial artist has to be strong enough to dominate the opponent, throw powerful punches and kicks, absorb impact, and to resist a constant application of force. He or she has to be athletic and fast, with endurance to perform at a high level for five 5-minute rounds. Our training programme addresses all of the above through a well rounded and integrated system.
