To be healthy and fit, you must set good habits to live by day after day. Don’t fall for the fad traps; just make a good effort to eat well and stay active.


Diet products are so tremendously successful because they often make promises of rapid and easy weight loss, leading us to set unrealistic goals for ourselves.


Although it is tempting to want to “shed 5 lbs in a week” or “drop 2 dress sizes in a month,” these goals are often doomed to failure. When we inevitably fail to meet these unrealistic goals, we are often left with self-hatred and guilt.


By thinking about weight loss as something that should happen gradually, embracing small changes and lifelong goals, we stand to improve our physical and mental health without all the restriction and regret.

Pre and Post Natal Nutrition

Our pre and post natal service includes a detailed analysis of your diet both prior to pregnancy and over the 3 trimesters. We make sure that you are eating the correct calories and a full range of macro and micro nutrients. If you are trying to get pregnant we can also help you by recommending adjustments to your diet and lifestyle which may increase your chances of becoming pregnant more quickly.

Child Nutrition and Obesity Prevention

Good nutrition is essential to give a child the best possible start in life, and to prevent a range of serious health conditions.

Currently, in the UK, roughly one in three children leave primary school either overweight or obese.

Research shows children who achieve a healthy weight tend to be fitter, healthier, better able to learn, and are more self-confident. They're also less likely to have low self-esteem and be bullied.

As a parent, there's lots you can do to help your child become a healthier weight. Getting them to be more active and eat well is important.
