At Conquest Martial Arts we are qualified to give advice on nutrition and weight management (including for pre and post natal). We identify any barriers that stop you from achieving your desired outcome and address these by finding a solution to what is causing the issue. We offer several packages and a one-off advice service.
Our most popular package is the 4-week nutrition plan. We meet up with you and ask a series of questions about your diet and your goals. We then ask you to keep a food diary for 4 weeks. Each week we will meet up and discuss the food diary and keep you on track to make sure you achieve success. At the end of the period you will receive detailed feedback.
Our pre and post natal service includes a detailed analysis of your diet both prior to pregnancy and over the 3 trimesters. We make sure that you are eating the correct calories and a full range of macro and micro nutrients. If you are trying to get pregnant we can also help you by recommending adjustments to your diet and lifestyle which may increase your chances of becoming pregnant more quickly.
