Meet David - Your Personal Trainer
David has been involved in sports and fitness since childhood. He started with Bexley Swimming club where he developed a love in particular for the land training aspect. He was introduced to Olympic lifting at age 10 by his father who was a PT in the military. From that moment on he was hooked on weight training and has continued ever since. At university, he competed in powerlifting. He is also a member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.
David is a qualified personal trainer and has experience training a wide range of clients all with different needs and abilities. Whatever your starting point or aims, he looks forward to meeting you. He is available to run classes and private sessions.
