Not a practicing martial artist, he has shown me other ways like looking at dietary needs and to get power and strength into my squash games. To get my body in better condition for gruelling matches and different weight exercises to stop my training from being mundane, and more varied and exciting.

Martial Arts Training
At the age of 13 David started training in martial arts and holds various Dan grades across several disciplines. Currently, he holds a 7th degree black belt in a style of Japanese Jujutsu and teaches two classes a week.
Our qualified staff teach a variety of ages from 4yrs to adult. Our Jujutsu lessons cover a range of striking, locking and throwing techniques
